(SDPI) (“SDPI”, “Party”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SDPI website, mobile application, and
donation services available through our digital platforms.
By accessing or using the website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform
   The SDPI website and mobile application provide information about the party, its policies,
   campaigns, initiatives, and public activities.
   The platform also enables supporters and well-wishers to make voluntary donations to support
   the lawful activities of the Social Democratic Party of India.
   All payments made through the platform are processed using authorized and secure payment
   gateways including Razorpay.
2. Voluntary Donations
   Donations made through the platform are:

• Entirely voluntary contributions
• Intended to support the lawful democratic and organizational activities of SDPI
• Processed through secure digital payment systems
  By making a donation, the donor confirms that:
• The donation is made voluntarily without coercion.
• The information provided during the transaction is accurate and complete.
• The funds belong to the donor and are legally permissible for donation under Indian
  law.

1. Eligibility to Donate
   Donations to political parties in India are regulated by law. By making a donation through this
   platform, the donor confirms that:

• They are an Indian citizen, or
• An entity permitted under Indian law to donate to political parties.
  Donations from foreign nationals, foreign entities, or sources prohibited under Indian law are
  not permitted.
  The party reserves the right to decline, reverse, or report any donation that violates applicable
  laws or regulatory guidelines.

1. Payment Processing
   All payments made through the SDPI website or mobile application are processed through
   secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.
   Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit cards
• Credit cards
• UPI
• Net banking
• Other digital payment methods supported by the payment gateway
  SDPI does not store full credit or debit card information on its servers.

1. Compliance with Laws
   All donations made through the platform shall comply with applicable laws including but not
   limited to:

• Representation of the People Act, 1951
• Income Tax Act, 1961
• Election Commission of India regulations
• Information Technology Act, 2000
  Where required by law, SDPI may maintain records of donations and share relevant
  information with statutory authorities.

1. Use of the Platform
   Users agree not to:

• Use the website or application for unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Misrepresent identity or donor information
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform
  Violation of these conditions may lead to restriction of access and possible legal action.

1. Intellectual Property
   All materials on the SDPI website and mobile application including logos, graphics, campaign
   materials, text, and media are the property of SDPI unless otherwise stated.
   Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of such materials is prohibited.
2. Limitation of Liability
   SDPI shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical errors caused by third-party payment gateways
• Network disruptions or bank processing delays
• Temporary service interruptions beyond the party’s control
  However, the party will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment-related issues reported by
  donors.

1. Changes to Terms
   SDPI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will
   be published on the website and mobile application.
