1. Nature of Donations
   All donations made through the platform are voluntary contributions intended to support the
   lawful activities, campaigns, and organizational functions of the Social Democratic Party of

2. Exceptions for Refunds
   Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation transactions
• Technical errors during payment processing
• Incorrect payment amount due to system error
• Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor
  Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

   If a refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  Actual credit timelines may depend on the donor’s bank or payment provider.

   Donors are encouraged to contact SDPI directly before initiating a chargeback with their
   bank or payment provider.
   This allows us to investigate and resolve payment issues efficiently.
