ಪ್ರಿಯ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೇ, ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಈ ಶುಭ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ನಾವು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ, ಸಮಾನತೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನನಸಾಗಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ . ಆದರೆ, ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಕರಾಳ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳು, NIA ಮತ್ತು ED ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ UAPA ಹೇರಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಬಂಧನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತುವವರನ್ನು ಮೌನವಾಗಿಸುವ ಆಳುವವರ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನೇ ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ.
